The Alpaca Trail & Woodland Wander starts on gravel, then onto a grassy pathway, please note it is uneven. We are a working farm so it may be muddy, please ask a member of our team if you require wheelchair or pushchair wheels to be washed.
At JandJ Alpacas, our close-up Alpaca Experiences are not fully accessible, due to the nature of the alpacas. However, we believe there is always a way to get up close and see these beautiful animals. We offer private experiences for those that are unable or unsure of our Meet & Greets and Alpaca Trekking Experiences, whether it is meeting a couple of alpacas on our gravel area, or a shorter trek, please get in contact to book.
Parking is available for cars, motorcycles, minibuses and coaches, including disabled parking. We are happy for you to pull up at the side of the low-rise ramp to the main entrance to drop off, then park up.
We have an accessible loo separate to the coffee shop, with baby changing.
There is a flat entrance to our outdoor seating via the right-hand side of the coffee shop.
Our quieter times of the day are 10am to 11am, and 3pm to 4pm/5pm.
To discuss our accessibility further, please get in touch.
