Adult – £5
Child (Under 14) – £2
Under 3’s – FREE
Carers – Free with a paying adult or child

Please note it is FREE entry into the Alpaca Centre.

Are dogs allowed on the farm?

No dogs are allowed on the Farm site except assistance dogs.

Is there a car park?

We have a free car park with dedicated blue badge spaces if required.

Where do I pay for the Alpaca Trail?

Inside the Alpaca Centre & Coffee Shop, at the till.

How long is the Alpaca Trail?

You can spend however long you like wondering the Alpaca Trail and once you have purchased a ticket (in the Alpaca Centre) you can visit the alpacas as many times as you like.

What age is JandJ Alpacas suitable for?

We have an experience for all ages from babies to our oldest (up to now) 96 years young joined a Meet & Greet Experience!

Can I purchase food and drink?

We have a Coffee Shop in the Alpaca Centre overlooking the alpaca paddocks. No food or drink is to be taken on the Trail or Experiences due to Health & Safety Regulations.

I have an allergy, will there be options for me?

Please speak to a member when ordering food, or phone beforehand so we can create something for you.

Do you have a disabled toilet?

Yes we have a disabled toilet on site.

Do you have baby change facilities?

Yes they are situated in the disabled/baby changing toilet.

Is the farm wheelchair accessible?

Our Alpaca Centre & Coffee Shop is wheelchair accessible, we have a gate to enter the outdoor seating. The trail is wheelchair accessible unless a very wet and depending on the type of wheelchair.

Can I feed the animals?

You can feed the alpacas on one of our Alpaca Experiences. Linked to experience page.

Are there places to wash my hands after feeding/touching the animals?

We have a hand wash station located at the start and end of the trail.

During birthing season, why can’t I touch the animals?

Bacteria can be found during birthing and this can potentially harm an unborn child.

What clothes and footwear should I wear?

Please dress for the weather. It can be a little wet and muddy sometimes, wellies or suitable footwear should be worn! You will be asked to walk over a disinfected mat for bio security
